The Linda Vista Elementary School PTA uses the PTA Command Center to coordinate PTA operations. Access is limited to approved users.
Information handled
The service stores the account email and name supplied by Google or Supabase during sign-in. Approved users may also enter PTA operational information, including event plans, tasks, volunteer coordination, communications, meeting records, approvals, links, and PTA contact roles.
How information is used
Information is used only to authenticate approved users, operate the shared PTA workspace, coordinate PTA activities, and maintain organizational records.
Sharing
The PTA does not sell Command Center information. Information is available to approved users according to their assigned role and is processed by service providers used to operate the application, including Google, Supabase, and Cloudflare.
Retention and security
PTA records are retained according to operational and recordkeeping needs. Access is controlled through authenticated accounts and role-based permissions. Users should not enter student educational records, financial passwords, or other information that is unnecessary for PTA operations.
Your choices
Users may ask the PTA to review, correct, or remove personal information associated with the Command Center, subject to applicable PTA recordkeeping requirements.
